Terms and conditions for OneDollarGraphic Affiliates

• Your affiliate link to Onedollargraphic.com may be used on other web sites that you own.
• Your affiliate account may not be shared with or used by any other person or web site that you do not own.
• Scripts and coding added to your web site used in relation to the Onedollargraphic.com's affiliate program may not be removed or altered in any way.
• Spamming through bulk emails is strictly prohibited and will result in the removal of your affiliate privileges and forfeiture of any and all income earned, without warning. Or fraudulent activities in order to gain commissions through the Onedollargraphic.com.com affiliate program. You also agree that Onedollargraphic.com holds the right to modify this agreement at any time without prior notice.
• All information provided by visitors from your web site, who have purchased drawings from Onedollargraphic.com should be held in the strictest of confidence, and may not be shared with any other party.
• Affiliate accounts that have been inactive, or have not generated customers for the Onedollargraphic.com for a period of six months will be sent an email notification. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable amount of time, you will be removed from the affiliate program without further notice. Any and all affiliate income you have earned up to the point of our email notification will be forfeited.
• The Onedollargraphic.com pays affiliate earnings once per month. Affiliates must have a minimum of $100 in their account in order to be paid. Any commissions not paid out ( less than $100 ) -will be carried over to the next month.
  Payments are made by bank check, in US dollars. Or payment via Paypal.com.
• Onedollargraphic.com is not responsible for uncontrollable events that result in the loss of your affiliate earning records. This includes, but is not limited to the following reasons for inaccessibility to the world wide web:
  • inclement weather, such as thunder, lightning or magnetic storms, satellite attacks or malfunctions, computer virus infections and/or attacks, computer system crashes, loss of your web hosting services for any reason (non-payment, server malfunctions, etc.), loss of our "drawshop.com"  web hosting services.
    Affiliate database and affiliate earning records - for any reason - (non-payment, server malfunctions, etc.)
